I never knew I loved cooking until one day I quit my job when I was 18 and my dad offered me the opportunity to come and help him jump start a kitchen that he recently leased out. He brought me in and I immediately caught on quick and fell In love with it. The appreciation I received from putting out great food just made what I do so much more satisfying. That feeling I got from that, is what makes me thrive and better myself everyday to be great. It never felt like a job because of the passion I have for what I do. Cooking is an art so being able to put my own flair, flavor profiles, artistic mind and unique approach on different dishes and serve that all onto one plate, while making people happy is why I love what I do!
